1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the luna8 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the luna8 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and luna8 as the platform provider. In the event of any conflict between other language versions and this version, the Bahasa Melayu version takes precedence for Malaysia users.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the luna8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Reside in a region or country where participation in online gaming activities is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Is not among individuals who have been banned from the platform through a self-exclusion program.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Has never had an account closed by luna8 due to fraud or prior breach of terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. luna8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process is an industry standard designed to protect the security of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account active on the luna8 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of any outstanding balances or wins.

3 Account Usage

Your luna8 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to share, transfer, or grant access to your account to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must ensure your account password is strong, unique, and not shared with anyone. luna8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.

• Do not log in to your luna8 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Keep your email address and phone number up to date so we can always reach you.

Luna8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice. In such cases, our team will contact you via your registered channel to resolve the matter.

4 Deposits & Payments

Luna8 supports multiple deposit methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed using encryption technology to keep your financial information secure at all times.

Important things to understand about deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the deposit page for each payment method.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawing funds from your luna8 account is subject to certain conditions and procedures established to ensure transaction security and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your luna8 account.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

6 Bonus & Promotions

General terms applicable to all luna8 bonuses:

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is verified evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during an active game, luna8 will attempt to restore the game state to the last position recorded by the server.
• Luna8 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Wagers that have been placed and accepted by the system are final. No cancellation of bets is permitted once a game round has begun.

8 Prohibited Conduct

To preserve the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all users, the following are strictly prohibited on luna8:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for personal gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Engaging in bet coordination (bonus abuse) or strategies that deliberately exploit bonus terms and conditions.
• Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or circumventing bonus terms.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.

Violating any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent termination, balance freeze, and — in serious cases — referral to the relevant authorities.

• The maximum total liability of luna8 under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

11 Account Termination

You may close your luna8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure there are no active bets pending and that all balances have been withdrawn first.
